Critch 2017

Critch 2017

It’s been a while since I met up with the Critch family. Last time I got to meet the entire crew. This time, the group is a little smaller, but the smiles are just as big. If you want to see their gallery, after getting the password, go here.

The Lee Family

The Lee Family

This is the first time I’ve worked with the Lee family, hopefully not the last. Their little mini session was a blast. We were hoping for some fall/late summer color, and while that wasn’t quite there, it was an amazing afternoon to be outside. If you want to see more of this fun young family, click here. You’ll need to get a password though, so message Stacy for that.

Aadi’s One!

Aadi’s One!

First birthdays are a big deal. But it down side is the guest of honour often isn’t in any place to really enjoy it that much, so it’s important everyone else has a good time. That’s exactly what happened today with this party. The grandparents got a chance to catch up and admire other grandkids, the parents got to let their kids blow of steam and the babies all got attention from everyone. With great “concession” food, street hockey outside for big and little kids, as well as games for those who were not willing to brave the chill in the air, everyone had an amazing time. If you want to see some of what it was like, click here. There is a password, so you’ll have to get that from the parents.

Patel Satak

Patel Satak

Well my time with this wedding has come to a close. With the Satak, the last of the family events is done, and now the wedding and reception will be passed over to another photographer. The Satak ceremony is an interesting one, as many religious ones are. They are, at the core, rituals that haven’t changed for generations. They create a bond between those who have shared them and this makes them awesome and powerful. So for a simple ceremony, I find this one to have quite a bit of weight to it. Mehul was joined by a massive extended family today that came to support him for this weekend. If you want to see some of what happened, click here, and yup, the password is the same.
